1-Year Warranty All Prostex handmade wooden products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our care instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
